Mamma Mia
So today during my day of writing essays for school, I decided to take a break and watch a movie. Mamma Mia was on the DVR, so I said why not. I am not a fan of musicals at all and this is not a typical movie I would watch, but I did. I ended up fast forwarding through all the singing scenes, hence I do not like musicals. I thought it was a cute movie about a mother who was just trying to protect her daughter. I think I would have enjoyed it more if it was a movie not a musical. I thought the part where one of her friends pretends to be Elvis the King was funny and to see Meryl Streep dressed up in some of those costumes was quite entertaining. Needless to say, it is deleted from my DVR.

I hear ya! There are some musicals made to movie is too much for me…too much singing. I am sure the play is much better!
